Feeding Tampa Bay provides meals to over ten counties in West Central Florida. Their mission extends beyond merely addressing the hunger crisis; they aim to offer practical solutions to break the cycle of poverty. This is accomplished through a one-stop shop where individuals can not only receive a meal but also access benefits assistance, basic health services, educational classes, job training, and connections to other nonprofits. Our students will volunteer in the Tampa location by sorting food items in the warehouse that will be distributed to the local community.
