Our students will serve at two Tampa ministries that care for those in need. Feeding Tampa Bay provides meals across more than ten counties in West Central Florida and works to break the cycle of poverty through a one-stop approach that includes benefits assistance, basic health services, educational classes, job training, and connections to other nonprofits. Students will sort food items in the Tampa warehouse for distribution to the local community. Metropolitan Ministries serves the homeless community with meals, shelter, clothing, childcare, and other assistance. Students will serve in various areas across the campus, including childcare, the kitchen, thrift store, outdoor work, and food pantry.
